The villa is available for seasonal, weekly or weekend (a minimum of 3 days) rents or for parties and receptions (1 day). It is approximately 7km away from Positano and 7km from the centre of Sorrento.
It is located on a private road which means it is set in a particularly quiet area, it is in perfect state of maintenance, has a pool surrounded by a garden of about 1000 square metres from which the beautiful panorama of Positano can be seen.
It contains three independent and furnished apartments (2 apartments on the ground floor and a big apartment on the first floor) with beautiful views. A warden is available on site for welcoming purposes, assistance and maintenance.
Cars or buses are needed to go to the sea, in order of the high characteristic collocation of Piano di Sorrento (Sorrento Plain) on sea level (see bus schedule).
Ground floor apartments: The first, marked with the letter A, is made up of a little living room with a king size sofa bed, a covered terrace, a kitchenette and a bathroom. An extra bed can be added and thus the apartment can be used by 2 + 1 people. The second apartment, marked with the letter B (for 4+2 people) consists of two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and storage room, a living area with a sofa bed and a kitchen as well as a large covered terrace with a laundry room.
First floor apartment (marked with the letter C): consists of three bed rooms for a total of 4 beds + 2 extra places, a living room, two kitchens (an internal one and one on the outside), two bathrooms and one big sheltered terrace.
The three apartments have (see photos) in common an open hobby room , an Internet Point and a swimming pool (see photos) that is open in June, July and August. For all the other pieces of information, you can read the Resort 3M Pamphlet where you can see your duties and rights.
